Whether you're recovering from knee surgery or need a safer workout environment that will reduce your risk of injury without sacrificing a good workout, I can help!
I'm Justin Gauthier and I have coached & personal-trained clients for the better part of 15 years. My specialty is water-based exercise and my level of expertise is wide-ranging. I can certainly help you achieve your fitness goals if you're ready!
It's in my bones...from a very early age, I developed a passion for fitness and exercise science. My parents often remind me about my early obsession with learning and drawing anatomical structures - from muscles to bones and heart to lungs.
In 2009, I obtained my bachelor of science, Honours in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa and the rest is a culmination of many years of experience helping others along their health & fitness journeys!
My next project (and I'm very excited to launch it soon) is my 8-week program, KneeFlex 8 specifically designed for post-knee-replacement recovery & re-conditioning. You can find out more here!

My Story
Fitness is in my blood. As early as I can remember, I was fascinated with the human body and exercise. Working out has been part of my routine since high school.
I realized that exercise science was my professional path and after high school, I enrolled at the School of Human Kinetics, University of Ottawa. In 2009, I obtained my bachelor of Science, Honours in Human Kinetics (the study of human movement).
My work in the field is wide-ranging. I've taught countless water-based exercise classes, from low-impact aquafit to aqua therapy programs in a therapeutic setting and one-on-one personal training.
It's my passion to teach, motivate, and get my clients results. I know how physical limitations often get in the way of our fitness goals. I understand the delicate and precious nature of bones and joints as we age. Injury and physical de-conditioning become top of mind as we age but with my program in the water, you can avoid this dilemma altogether!
I will teach you how to work out in the water so that you can achieve your fitness goals and keep your joints happy! No more compromises, no more tradeoffs!
