My Story in a Nutshell

I love to motivate people & challenge their fitness level because it leaves me with so much satisfaction to see them achieving their goals. I'm active and love working out in the gym, hiking, swimming, and of course, doing water-based fitness training too!

Ever since high school, I was interested in physical fitness, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and biology. That led me to apply to the School of Human Kinetics (Kinesiology) at the University of Ottawa. During my second year, I began working part-time for the City of Ottawa as a lifeguard and water aerobics and water therapy instructor. 

I graduated from university in 2009 and I received my bachelor's degree in Science with Honors in Human Kinetics. 

Since then, I've been privileged to work with many people, both on an individual basis and in group sessions. And now, I'm here to share with you what I've learned along the way! Welcome to AquaViva Fitness!
